Fees and deadlines

You can pay online by credit card or by invoice. Please select your payment option when entering online.

Entry fee: £ 175.00 + VAT (at current applicable rate)
Late fee: £50 after June 11 (total entry fee £225.00 +VAT)

Entries may be withdrawn at any point up to 15 July 2009 upon written request. Please note, however, that entry fees are non-refundable.

The closing deadline for entries is Friday 11 June 2010.

Extended deadline for entries is Friday 18 June 2010. Please note a late entry fee will apply to entries submitted after Friday 11 June 2010.

Owing to the increase in entries and in order to meet deadlines for processing all entries in time for judging, a late entry penalty will be included this year. A late entry penalty fee of £50.00 + VAT per late entry will be levied if a company fails to meet the deadline for entries.

Please note that you do not have to make payment at the time of entry but all entries remaining UNPAID at midnight on 11 June will incur a late entry fee.

The late fee will also apply to new entries submitted after midnight on 11 June.

Entries will not be accepted after 18 June 2010.
