A very special Christmas Launch with C4 and M&S

In 2016, M&S produced an epic, emotional Christmas ad in a bid to capture the hearts, minds and consideration of the British public. To help reconnect with their core, female audience they placed Mrs Claus at the heart of the ad - a remarkable, modern heroine who embodied the M&S promise; ‘Christmas with Love’.
C4 was challenged to drive brand fame in two ways. Firstly, to create an impactful launch and secondly, to help M&S remain top of mind throughout the Christmas period for their core offering; food, clothes & decorations.
