Eurostar’s data journey to incremental revenue



Team Eurostar, a collaboration of performance specialists across both client and agency, had the ambition of ‘Inspiring real connections’ at the heart of our strategy. Team Eurostar’s belief was that to unlock connections with people, we would have to unlock connections in data. This would allow us to talk to people more relevantly, drive growth by finding new customers and ensure our media investments were always sustainable by eliminating wastage. We knew we had to get the foundations right; the connections to valuable data sources, the naming conventions and the training of people. Furthermore, we had to ensure that the data sat at the heart of our entire planning process, from insight and planning to activation and measurement, and that we weren’t siloed to one team but connected across the whole journey.
