Laura Collins started her career at The IT Job Board specialising in email marketing, using skills in CRM segmentation, coding & copywriting to manage 50+ B2B email campaigns a week. She then moved to Periscopix (now Merkle), and quickly proved herself to be a highly proficient PPC account manager, going on to lead several of Merkle’s most important clients. Having mastered paid search and developed an understanding of the wider marketing landscape, she spotted an opportunity for the agency to take advantage of the data-rich targeting available on social platforms and founded the Paid Social department.
Over 2.5 years she grew the department from 2 to 33 people, while achieving a 2,756% growth in revenue. This huge success led to her being nominated for the Merkle Chairman’s Award, the most prestigious award within the company, with nominees selected by the CEO.
Since, she has moved into a role as Senior Director of Digital Delivery & formed the Digital Delivery department, overseeing activation across Merkle EMEA’s entire client base.
Over the coming years, Laura intend to transform the way we are delivering digital media across our client base through innovation & custom solutions, making Merkle the leaders in people-based marketing.
