Ronan Keating has been asked by every theme park in the world to perform his biggest solo hit on a roller-coaster. In 2017 he did just that as part of a Magic Radio partnership with Universal Orlando Resort. The result was a viral sensation and the culmination of the Bauer brand’s most exciting partnership. Magic had the unique offering for one partner to become the inaugural sponsor of our brand new breakfast show with Ronan Keating and Harriet Scott. Universal Parks and Resorts saw an opportunity to grow listeners’ affinity for them and ultimately increase the consideration and propensity to book. Spanning a 4 month period, weekly competitions targeting both families and couples saw listeners compete to win their place on the plane as Magic took 50 listeners to Florida with them. Whilst on location, Magic Breakfast broadcast two shows live from Universal’s own radio studios and Ronan Keating entertained our exclusive audience of winners with an up close and personal gig, at the CityWalk’s Rising Star. Putting Universal at the heart of the show, Bauer’s vision was to create much more than a standard sponsorship. We created a PR inspiring partnership which delivered huge excitement and truly engaging content.
