Lucy started her media career in Jan 2003 as a press buyer at Starcom Mediavest before moving across to comms planning where she developed a passion for delivering creative strategic media plans for her clients. After 3 years she moved to Manning Gottlieb OMD where she worked for 6 years running the Google & Sony Pictures accounts, the highlight of which was working on 3 Bond movies and winning a Grand Prix at the Cannes Lions for her work on Google. From there she moved to MEC (now Wavemaker) where she was Business Director for nearly 4 years, before joining Channel 4 4-years ago as a Client Lead, which is the best job move she ever made. She has spoken on panels for the AA to encourage diverse talent to join the industry, judged the Young Lions entries for this years' Cannes Lions, produced & presented a thought-leadership piece on Marketing To Women which she has shared with media agencies, marketers and creative agencies, and presented at Channel 4 events like their annual Planntertarium which aims to inspire the brightest young minds in the media industry. She regularly challenges media agencies & marketers to be more creative, brave, diverse & inclusive in their advertising
