Rachel joined Sky UK in a new role of Director of Partnerships in August 2014 with the remit of developing strategic partnerships within the commercial arm of Sky Media. Her role involves leading specialist teams in creating unique opportunities for Advertisers leveraging Sky's broader assets. More recently she has moved to the role of Director of Planning where she co-leads a team of 200 in driving revenues and partnerships for Sky Media. Prior to this role she worked for Unilever Plc for 9 years holding a number of positions most latterly VP Global Media Data & Analytics. In her earlier career, Rachel spent 3 years working in the traditional advertising team for Sainsbury's Supermarkets before heading up their on & off line Direct Marketing programmes. Rachel takes an active role in industry initiatives having been a Non Exec Director of Newsworks, Treasurer of ISBA & Chair of the Advertising Association's Media Business Course. She is a member of WACL and has been recognised by Ad Age Europe Women to Watch.
