Kim has 17 years media industry experience, with 10 of that helping to launch, scale and eventually sell mobile marketing agency Fetch. She is currently responsible for leading the client leadership and media investment teams within dentsu X with a particular focus on driving creativity, innovation and ultimately performance from the work being produced, client commercial growth and creating brilliant experiences for their clients. She has experience working with some of the worlds most pioneering brands, and has a firm belief that you get to better work for clients if you bring together people with different ways of thinking, background and disciplines to come up with the answers. Having entered the industry straight from school herself, she is a champion and mentor of those coming through dentsu's apprentice scheme.
