Jo Sutherland, CEO of Carat UK is an agency veteran, with 20+ years of planning experience working on iconic brands including Cadbury's, Co-op, Kellogg's, Disney, Apple, Uber and Diageo. Prior to joining Carat, Jo was Managing Director of mobile tech business, Fetch, working with a host of digital economy clients who relied on mobile marketing and using creative and commerce to grow their business. It was a fast paced entrepreneurial start up with a mobile-centric view of the world. Jo is an advocate for diversity within the industry and leads the Women in Leadership programme for DAN UK. Away from the office, she is a mum of three delightful girls and together they have been baking our way through the lockdown.
