Leading through change is the new normal — and in a year full of it, we doubled down on what matters: great people, great partnerships, and unrivalled work.

This was the year we bottled our ‘secret sauce’, launching the ‘3 Ss’ – substance, stories, and swagger – as our internal compass. Three words that now define how we think, work, and grow. It was also the year that we focused on over-communication, introducing new initiatives to keep us connected and inspired, and deepen our client and partner relationships.

And it worked. We’re winning more awards, our internal Thermometer scores rose, and our Vantage scores are among the best in the industry.

It’s been a challenging year, but so rewarding to reflect on how the cultural foundations we laid are now fully embedded. How investing in our people and partnerships has led to purposeful, standout work. And how that work has allowed to us protect and grow with existing clients and win new business.

It’s very possible that we’re the most resilient, ambitious and impactful media agency in the UK, and we couldn’t be prouder of that.
