Nicola Marsh

Nicola Marsh is the Managing Director of Essence Mediacom North. Nicola has worked in media for the last 30 years starting her career in publishing before moving into the agency world. Nicola joined Mediacom 10 years ago, she joined as a digital board director and since then has undertaken various roles before moving into her current leadership position.  Nicola has always worked in the regions and is a true ambassador of the regional market and the talent that exists within it. 

This year Nicola was awarded a Campaign 40 over 40 award recognising her commitment to the industry.
