With a PhD in Psychology, Sophia has always had a fascination with how we humans communicate.  Having spent 17+ years working across brands like J&J and H&M, Sophia now leads the Government Strategic Planning Team at MG OMD, using comms for societal good, such as tackling crime and encouraging blood donation. As former VP of Bloom, Sophia also has a proven record in supporting fellow minorities and women in the industry.
