Emma Callaghan

Emma started her career on the agency side at PHD and joined Reach, then Trinity Mirror in 2015. She held a number of senior sales roles before taking the role of Executive Director of Advertising and Strategy in 2023. She was promoted to Chief Revenue Officer in 2025 and is now responsible for leading 650 people across the Reach Commercial team.
