Ancestry faced a critical challenge with an aging customer base. Recognizing younger generations' aversion to wartime content due to social media's influence, we reimagined history for them with 'D-Day 80: Remembering the Normandy Landings' at Royal Albert Hall. This multisensory event, featuring the Royal Philharmonic Orchestra and hosted by Davina McCall, honoured WWII veterans through poignant narratives.
