The Current Account Switch Service (CASS) facilitates the switching of bank accounts in the UK. It exists to promote competition in the market and ensure consumers are free to make changes to their bank accounts when they want to. Whilst long-established among older audience, 18–24-year-olds consistently lag in awareness of the service, risking limiting their knowledge of all the financial options open to them at an important life stage. So we created a bold new approach to grow their awareness of the service and give them some much sought after financial knowledge.
