"As Strategic Business Director at Jungle Creations I’m responsible for future-proofing the company’s commercial revenue and developing new commercial offerings and pricing models.
I joined Jungle Creations as Partnerships Manager in March 2017, becoming the second person in the commercial team and playing an integral role in building our commercial offering, structuring our team and establishing our reputation in-market. I was promoted to Agency Group Director in late 2017 to oversee Group M, going on to secure new clients including Coca-Cola, McVitie’s and Unilever.
I introduced Jungle Creations' influencer marketing offering, established the pricing structure to commercialise the company’s delivery-only restaurant business, and this year I secured my biggest partnership to date with Mars.
In 2019, myself and a colleague proactively pitched a new department structure in which the commercial team’s work streams were consolidated into two business units that we each now take responsibility for, reporting directly to C-suite. Within this new structure, I lead strategy to drive long-term revenue and since implementation we’ve entered every quarter over 50% booked, and we’re entering Q3 2020 at 73% booked.
My short-term goals are to secure a £1,000,000 deal and to develop a series of ready-to-buy content formats that align with a more traditional media model. Long-term I plan to progress to a CEO or Managing Director role, be that through leading an existing business or building my own."
