This year, Simon Kilby, Managing Director of Bauer Media Advertising UK has shown outstanding leadership in steering Bauer Media through transformational change while passionately championing a safer, more trusted advertising industry. On stages across the UK, Simon challenged adland to confront the dangers of unregulated social media, launching Bauer’s “Where’s Your Head?” campaign with YoungMinds to support mental health.

Under his leadership Simon has navigated a transformational period of change for a 500 strong commercial team - driving 8% revenue growth to £171m. Beyond the numbers, Simon’s commitment to trust, positivity and using media as a force for good has made a profound difference to colleagues, audiences and the wider industry.
