Coming into 2022 we had a vision – keep growing. Yes, a target to grow our revenue by 20%, but also grow, retain and develop our people, and continue to grow the culture and reputation of Spark Foundry.

12 months on, ‘Growth’ has been the name of the game and boy, have we delivered! We've massively boosted our billings, our team has swelled by 20%, and we've welcomed new brand giants to our agency client roster. We’ve also been selective on what we pitch for, declining pitches to both protect our people as we grow but also to ensure we work with clients aligned to our principles. We're immensely proud of our diversity; exceeding all the IPA's diversity targets and with a 0% gender pay gap. And we have grown our reputation with industry leading initiatives like our Diverse & Inclusive Media Exchange (DIME), and our local schools and college out-reach programmes. As the cherry on top, we landed an 8 out of 9 score in this year’s school reports. But what was our recipe for growth? We broke it down into three strategic steps.
