Flora has spent 15 years in the media industry. Starting off as an AV planner and buyer, after 7 years she pivoted into Connections at OMD, working on the craft of planning on clients ranging from PepsiCo, to NSPCC. In 2021 Flora moved onto the Govnerment account at OmniGOV as Head of Implementational Planning, creating an Inclusive Planning Approach, democratically shared test and learn framework for all govnerment buying, and a new planning process. Now at MG as Executive Director, Head of Planning, Flora works across all clients, powering up the agency's planning through responsible approaches, audience led insights and fully connected decisioning.
