Garrett is Managing Director of Hearts & Science UK having helped launch the agency in the UK in 2017. Hearts & Science was created to embrace new data and emerging technology to unearth new insights about people, to identify ways to help our clients grow more effectively and to enhance our agency operations. Today Hearts & Science is a top 20 UK media agency working with clients such as Ocado, Audible, GoCompare, UKTV and Center Parcs and the UK is a flagship office in the global Hearts network. As Managing Director, he is the central architect of the agency vision and ensures it is delivered in the agency's day-to-day behaviours and work. He sits on OMG's Diversity and Inclusion Steering Group and sponsors OMG's LGBTQ+ Advisory Team. He helped set up OMG Sustainability Group and represents OMG on the Advertising Association's Ad Net Zero Steering Group. He's MIPA Accredited the IPA's badge of professionalism and has achieved all 3 IPA Professional Qualifications including the Excellence Diploma. He is a member of the IPA Council which is the governing body of the IPA responsible for overseeing membership, strategic focus and management.
