Jake Hayter

Jake is a Client Leadership Managing Partner and Board member at PHD. Having built a 20 year+ career working with the full funnel needs of D2C clients, he is currently responsible for leading a Client Collective that includes Uber, British Heart Foundation, Etsy, Admiral, Experian and Squarespace. Prior to this Jake has had planning and client management roles driving the growth of brands such as Nutmeg, Confused.com, Purple Bricks, Enterprise and PWC. Jake's team have seen considerable industry recognition in recent years with their award-winning success on BHF helping the charity achieve Campaign Top Five Advertiser status in 2024 based on having one of the most creative approaches to media in the UK. A father of two and big advocate of any activity that increases your heartrate and headspace, Jake is passionate about creating a positive, fun and inclusive culture at his agency.
