Jayant has over six years of agency experience and joined the7stars in 2022. He specialises in audience understanding, qualitative and quantitative research, and insight development, helping clients make data-led decisions grounded in human behaviour. This includes running the7stars' quarterly consumer sentiment tracker helping clients understand the motivations and challenges faced by the nation and turning this into recommendations for how to navigate this. Jayant's commitment to excellence with his client work and agency input (especially in the wellbeing and inclusivity teams) has led to him recently being named one of Campaign's 30 under 30 for 2026. This accolade was also in recognition of his wider industry contribution as part of the Market Research Society's &More committee, where he has organised events, supported early-career researchers and championed EDI during a period of rapid change.
