Lee Isaacs

Lee brings over 13 years' experience in the media industry, spanning both agency and client-side leadership roles. He is a member of the Global Media team at Just Eat Takeaway, and is currently on secondment in the Inclusion, Diversity & Belonging team, where he's contributing to key business initiatives. As the Global Chair of Just Eat Takeaway's LGBTQIA+ network, 'JET & Proud,' Lee is a passionate advocate for diversity and inclusion. He was recognised as one of the 'Top 10 Inclusive Campaigners' at the British LGBT Awards 2025 and shortlisted in the 'Unsung Hero' category at the MEFA Awards 2024. Lee spearheaded Just Eat's award-winning inaugural global Pride campaign, leveraging his marketing expertise to amplify the brand's commitment to the LGBTQIA+ community, an initiative now in its third year.
