Piers North has over 20 years' experience working across online advertising and digital media. As Reach plc's Chief Revenue Officer, he is responsible for driving growth of the UK's largest news publisher's commercial business. Prior to this he was responsible for the group's online and mobile portfolio as Group Digital Commercial Director.
During his time, Reach became the first UK news group to reach over 40 million online users: a feat repeated in consecutive months. Piers originally trained as a journalist before moving into the commercial side of the industry. He then worked in various digital strategy roles, including a ten-year stint at Yahoo, before joining Reach.
A regular speaker, panellist and awards judge, Piers has featured on Radio 4, at AdWeek Europe, Media360, INMA Global Summit & IAB Engage, and as a Mediaweek awards judge.
