Vineet is the founder of VRSP, a creative consultancy that partners with agencies and brands across categories and markets to solve business problems with standout ideas. He brings senior experience in shaping campaigns that cut through culture and connect with real audiences. Most recently, Vineet was Head of Creative at ITV in an ECD role, leading the Creative Development and Creative Production teams across nine regional offices. There, he oversaw creative partnerships and sponsorships designed to give brands cultural relevance and help them live in entertainment. Before ITV, Vineet held key creative roles at leading agencies in the UK and internationally—from global networks such as Ogilvy and McCann to pioneering independents like HHCL and Joshua. His work has been recognised at national and major international shows including D&AD, Cannes, The One Show, New York Festivals, Caples and the Media Week Awards (People's Postcode Lottery creative partnership). He has also been named by 40/Forty as one of the top forty leading creative minds worldwide.
