Steve heads up the planning team for Mindshare. He is responsible for ensuring the core output of the agency, the media plan, delivers innovative use of media with the audience at the heart. Steve empowers the planning team to unlock the relevant mindsets which connect with people by developing critical thinking and a curious mentality for the department. He started his career in 2003 at the digital independent specialist agency i-level, working with a group of people at the forefront of developing digital media in the UK, before moving to Starcom as Head of Digital. This passion for the opportunities to apply digital thinking persists today. In his career to date, Steve has worked across many categories, including telecommunications, FMCG, auto, consumer electronics, luxury and finance, and this breadth of experience means he is able to support and guide a team of 70+ comms planners with the myriad challenges and briefs in front of them every day.
