Zach Letzer, Social Sales Lead

Mail Metro Media

Zach Letzer doesn't wait for opportunities. Before Mail Metro Media had any commercial offering on social, he was on the agency partners team pitching partnership ideas off his own back, because he could see a legacy publisher sitting on a huge, unmonetised social audience that nobody had unlocked.

When the business launched its social proposition, Zach pitched a new role for himself and helped build the offer from the ground up: defining the go-to-market strategy, shaping the product alongside editorial, and leading commercial execution. That's a rare level of responsibility this early in a career, and he has risen to it completely. He was instrumental in taking social revenue from zero in October 2025 to a multimillion-pound business by March 2026, landing our first-ever social branded content deal with McDonald's. Since then, he's delivered our first social campaigns with Under Armour, Warner Bros., Supercell, Primark and Nationwide. His influence runs well past revenue. He represented newsbrands at Campaign's Media 360 Challenge, arguing the category's case against out-of-home and audio, and wrote a Campaign feature on the perception gap facing publishers that made the case for full-funnel storytelling. Best of all, he's only getting started. Zach wants Mail Metro Media leading the industry as a truly omnichannel broadcast publisher, with social, video and podcasting in one integrated commercial offering. His mix of creativity, pace and commercial instinct is exceptional, and at a defining moment for the business, he's a clear Rising Star.
