2020 was the year of innovation for Blis’ sales team. Off the back of a record 2019 and an impressive Q1 (+46%) they were on track to deliver another strong year. But then, COVID-19 struck and the need to innovate would be exponentially fast-tracked. With a steep revenue decline in Q2 the team went into survival mode in order to make it. Through key communication, collaboration, culture, product, and diversity the team finished with another recording-breaking year despite the challenges of the pandemic and dismal Q2 performance.

2020 brought new challenges, in terms of Blis sales approach, product offering, relationship with clients and even financials, however ended with being our most successful year in terms of growth financially, personally and as a team.
