This year as CEO of EssenceMediacom Kate Rowlinson was charged with the daunting task of leading EssenceMediacom through a significant merger. It’s true that the network has retained two offices in the UK, but the merger has still involved each office bringing together the skillsets and cultures of two major media agencies with very different backgrounds to create an entirely new kind of media agency – the first to be designed expressly to combine digital leadership with brand building excellence.
