We have a legal commitment to champion diversity and inclusion both on and off screen so that we create change through entertainment, and we have made it our mission to reflect the same standards in the ad industry.

There’s no doubt that our industry is determined to drive diversity and inclusion in it’s advertising, but how do we truly create change without the facts and correct measurements in place? In 2019 we launched a major insight initiative ‘Mirror on the Industry’, and since then we have been tirelessly educating and empowering the industry with the facts and benchmarks to create meaningful change in TV Advertising.
