Natalie Cummins, CEO

Zenith

Natalie started at Zenith as a graduate in 1998 and worked her way up to CEO. During her time at Zenith she has had three children, John, Albert and Agatha.

As many people know, Natalie was married to Karl Guard, who also worked at Zenith. Karl died from suicide in 2016 whilst Natalie was Managing Director and she returned to her role four months later, shaken but determined not to let it define her. In July 2018 Nat was promoted to UK CEO. She has taken the agency from strength to strength, winning Media Week Agency of the Year in 2020 and achieving the coveted ‘9’ in Campaign School Reports earlier in 2021. Natalie has led Zenith through a good new business performance, great organic growth and an excellent awards haul. But she has also navigated staff through losing a big client and readjusting to life with a pandemic. Great leaders don’t just shape and ride the good times, they also provide a rock and an influence when things aren’t so great. The backdrop to all his is that she raises her kids alone. Natalie has a unique attitude and talent that allows her to take any situation and make it work for her.
