During the pandemic, the NHS were valued more than ever before, however, the obvious strain and pressure on those employed was clear for all to see. Our challenge was compounded as we needed to recruit more NHS workforce with 44% less budget. We needed to land our message impactfully. By layering contextual relevance and personalisation through dynamic audio we were able to supercharge relevancy of recruitment messages to drive maximum impact and shift listeners to consider a career in the NHS. This approach overdelivered our challenging targets by an unprecedented 37%, demonstrating the power that contextual and personalised audio brought to the plan.
