When lockdown created the biggest surge in running the UK has ever seen, we overcame the loss of the critical running shop and designed a brand-new customer journey with our very own expert at its heart –The Shoe Finder. By implementing an audience-led strategy we were able to identify those new runners and support them on their running journey.

By using paid media to outsprint the competition, we grew our market share by 4% ppt.
