This year, Starcom stepped up (again!). We grew revenue by

30%, which was our 4th consecutive year of double-digit growth. We iterated and innovated for every client, new and existing. We focused on doing brilliant work with our media partners. We updated our people policies to promote a new industry standard: accommodating for every life, loss, and type of leader. And we did all this by infusing a new mentality across the agency: one of autonomy, accountability and - above all - ubiquitous leadership.
