When you've done enough

Client: Uber Eats

The food delivery market is notoriously impulsive, volatile, and driven by short-term discounts. At the start of 2025, Uber Eats sat at a sluggish #3 for Brand Impression. To win, we needed to stop fighting price wars and instead establish Uber Eats as the instinctive, top-of-mind choice for food delivery across the UK.

The Insight: There is a universal daily tipping point. A moment where life gets too hectic, you realise you’ve simply "done enough," and you crave the sweet relief of a takeaway. Instead of planning around rigid media channels, we built a fluid campaign around these exact human moments. Our strategy expertly balanced cultural fame with hyper-local precision: Building Fame (AV, Social, High-Impact OOH): Created mass emotional cut-through and cultural conversation at the end of the day. Driving Action (Programmatic DOOH, Social, Press): Deployed a responsive layer that intercepted consumers precisely when and where they were making dinner decisions – their commute home. By mapping the natural rhythm of the day, we targeted key Category Entry Points (CEPs) like commuting and at-home entertainment, dynamically flexing for major cultural moments (Easter, Mother’s Day). Scaled across thousands of tailored executions, we delivered the right restaurant, in the right location, at the exact right time. The strategy completely shifted the market paradigm. Uber Eats leapt to the top of the category, dramatically improved brand perception, and delivered phenomenal media efficiencies.
