Jay co-leads ITV's AdLabs, their platform for advertising innovation and collaboration. Prior to joining ITV, Jay held numerous ad-tech roles, most notably at Videology, where he led EMEA Brand Solutions, marketing and customer engagement. Jay started his career with an 18-year stint at MediaCom, where he worked in client leadership roles across numerous sectors both in the UK and Globally. Jay also sits on the leadership committee of Media For All. Now with almost 900 members, MEFA was established to help recruit, retain, and develop Black, Asian, and ethnic minority talent in the UK media industry.
