Tobi is the Businesses Development Director at OMD UK and is responsible for the overall new business, marketing and PR strategy for the agency. Tobi was recently shortlisted for Campaign's UK New Business Development Person of the year in recognition of achieving a streak of new business wins, embedding wellbeing and inclusivity policies, alongside a growth mindset, within her team.
